Why am I being charged a surcharge?
In various cities in the Netherlands and Germany, a surplus for the handling and transportation of orders with a total order value of less than 10,- EUR, applies.
In the Netherlands
In all Dutch cities, orders with a total value of less than 10,- EUR, a surcharge in the amount of 2.10 EUR applies.
In Germany
In Hamburg, for orders with a total value of less than 10,- EUR, a surcharge in the amount of 1.60 EUR applies.
In Berlin, Cologne and Munich, for orders with a total value of less than 10,- EUR, a surcharge in the amount of 2.10 EUR applies.
In Fürth and Nuremberg, for orders with a total value of less than 15,- EUR, a surcharge in the amount of 2.10 EUR applies.
